ARTICLE 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the sales process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Marketing Texts and Notifications (if applicable): By entering your phone number at checkout and making a purchase, subscribing via our subscription or a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. Marketing SMS messages will not exceed 1,000 per month. You can unsubscribe from any further SMS messages by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Sending SMS messages or using automations requires that you pass the recipients' phone numbers or names to our importer. We store and use this data to show you analytics and campaign results, including message delivery status, sent status, and in some cases, whether the purchase resulted in a sale. If you choose to use our link shortener in text messages, we will collect information on whether the link was clicked and use this information to show you the results in your analytics. Any other third-party services you choose to use outside of smsbump.com (third-party link shorteners, GA tracking, etc.) will be referred to their specific third-party policies, which you will need to agree to. When sending text messages, we pass the data to our text messaging carrier for delivery. Information is only shared with our carrier when a marketing campaign is launched. If recipients wish to opt out of receiving messages, they should reply to the message with the word STOP or contact us at the email address below so we can properly unsubscribe them.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
