A FAMILY STORY

The adventure began in 2016. We were two brothers passionate about gastronomy and original street food, living together while studying. We decided to make our shared dream come true: creating our own knife brand in our hometown of Auvergne.

We have complementary personalities: one is organized and inventive, while the other is a businessman and a challenger. This synergy between our skills and our vision inspires them to embark on this entrepreneurial adventure.

Heris reflects our identity and values. Thanks to their determination, creativity, and commitment to CSR, the two brothers' company thrives and becomes a benchmark in the kitchen knife sector. They continue to innovate and grow, while remaining true to their initial vision and passion for gastronomy and original street food.

We aspired to make our knives more than just a kitchen tool, but rather a lasting investment meant to last for generations. With this in mind, we meticulously crafted them to stand the test of time, skillfully blending modernity and tradition. Our ambition was to craft knives that were both contemporary and timeless, while preserving ancestral craftsmanship techniques.
